What is the difference between the CPU-bound and USB dongle licences?
The CPU-bound licence (RM1,280) is tied to one laptop CPU and is intended for use on that licensed laptop. The USB dongle licence (RM3,880) uses a USB dongle and can be moved between other Windows 10/11 laptops, giving you portability between machines.
Which Windows versions are supported?
Our commercial lucky draw software is designed for Windows 10 and Windows 11. Please confirm your exact environment with us before purchase.
What hardware do I need to run the commercial lucky draw software?
The software runs on Windows 10 or Windows 11. As a minimum, we recommend an Intel Core i3 laptop with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. For larger datasets, a higher-specification machine — such as an Intel Core i7 with 16GB RAM and 512GB storage — will deliver smoother performance. Actual performance depends on your dataset size and configuration.
What is the difference between the online and offline lucky draw products?
The Simple Online Lucky Draw (RM150) is used for seven days and requires a stable internet connection. The Simple Offline Lucky Draw (RM300) works offline with a fixed dataset and unlimited usage.
Can the software handle very large datasets?
Yes. The standard commercial software handles up to 50,000 entries comfortably, and a separate Large-Dataset Upgrade (from RM6,800) extends this to 1 million entries. For larger datasets we recommend an Intel Core i7 with 16GB RAM and 512GB storage.
Does the 1QR event app require attendees to install an app?
No. Attendees use a single QR code to access event functions in their mobile browser — no software or mobile application installation is required.
Can I try the lucky draw software before buying?
Yes. You can download a free demo of the commercial lucky draw software, unzip it and test run it. The demo is limited to a dataset of 30 names/numbers. The licensed CPU-bound and USB dongle versions are identical to the demo, with no dataset limit (up to 50,000 entries as standard).
How do I purchase a product?
Each product page has a Contact Us to Buy button that takes you to our contact page, or you can send us an enquiry. Licence activation is performed manually after payment — we will guide you through the process.
Can you build a custom lucky draw system?
Yes. If you need something beyond a standard lucky draw system, tell us what your event requires and we will assess a custom solution. Custom systems are enquiry-only.
